I made the halter dress from Michael Levivine in LA. The necklace piece is attached to dress. While at a sewing expo last summer a Chicago vendor had what I will call a "goody" box next to the cash register full of notions and I went to town. I got this orange piece , along with yellow and blue.
Sandals are from Avon.
