DIY: Maxi Tunic

The story for this dress is quite funny!!! In my Kevin Hart voice "Let me explain...."

I went to the thrift store on Memorial Day and found this beautiful print hanging on a hanger in the bedding section. I bought it, thinking it was a sheet......

But when I washed and dried it I realized that it was a duvet and I decided to use it as such. Until I realized it only had one pillow sham. Well then I went back to my first idea of making something out of it  and here you go.

I used this pattern but extended the side out to make it more maxi like and altered the collar. The purse I made also. And my shoes are Forever 21.
