Six $1 pink Tshirts from the thrift store and about an hour of sewing. 
Cutting the shirts in half, I used the top of the BEBE Tshirt (I liked the bling) and the bottoms of the other 5 shirts. Attaching them together starting with the BEBE shirt, I sewed the bottoms of the shirts together until I got the desired length using a serger but a zig zag stitch will work. 
The hat is from Stef-n-Ty (find them on Facebook).
Denim jacket from The Gap and the army green shirt tied around my waist is from the thrift store.
