DIY :Tutu skirt

What do you wear to a party? Well let me tell ya!
We got an invitation for my husband's grandmother 95th birthday party and the theme was black and white.
Oh how excited was I because I know I could make this amazing tutu skirt for this special occasion.

I used this video as a guideline with elastic instead of a belt.

I made a satin circle skirt to go under it and a black satin wide sash for a belt.

The shirt was a Thrifted men's white dress shirt I cut down the sides to fit me. I liked the shirt because it was only a couple dollars and the collar and cuff were very stiff.

My jewelry is from Fall 2013 http://www.outthetrunk2009.com

My shoes are Thrifted and I added the rhinestones on the toe and heel.
We had a good time!!!

Remember "It ain't what you wear, it's how you wear it"
